Refund & Returns Policy – HealthyFood

At HealthyFood, we prioritize quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Since our products are freshly prepared food items, we follow a strict refund and returns policy.


1. No Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food items:

  • We do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

  • Food items cannot be picked up, exchanged, or returned.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Preparation Starts

You may request cancellation within 5–10 minutes of placing the order (if meal preparation has not begun).

2.2 After Preparation Begins

Once cooking starts:

  • Order cannot be cancelled

  • No refund will be issued

This ensures freshness and avoids wastage.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

3.1 Order Not Delivered

If your order was paid but not delivered due to:

  • Technical issues

  • Kitchen errors

  • Delivery failure caused by us

You will receive a full refund.


3.2 Wrong Order Delivered

If you receive a different item than what you ordered:

  • You must report it within 30 minutes of delivery

  • Provide clear photos as proof
    A replacement or refund will be issued.


3.3 Duplicate Payment

If you were charged multiple times by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Customer entered wrong address

  • Customer not available at delivery location

  • Customer provided wrong phone number

  • Food taste preference issues (“did not like the taste”)

  • Customer reported issues after eating most of the food

  • Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or unavoidable conditions

  • Any request made after a long delay without evidence


5. Delivery Partner Issues

If delivery is handled by a third-party (Porter / Dunzo / Shadowfax / Shiprocket Hyperlocal):

  • Any delivery delay caused by them is not eligible for a refund

  • We assist, but cannot control third-party operations


6. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Amount will be returned to your original payment method

Payment gateway timelines may vary.


7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  1. Order ID

  2. Registered mobile number

  3. Issue details

  4. Photos (if applicable)
