3. Eligibility

To place an order:

  • Have a valid payment method (if required)

By placing an order with HealthyFood:

  • Order confirmation may depend on ingredient availability

  • Orders once prepared cannot be cancelled

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:

  • Incorrect customer details

  • Payment issues

  • Unavailability of certain meals

  • Any suspicious or fraudulent activity

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is currently available only in Vijayawada

  • Delivery time may vary depending on traffic, weather, or kitchen load

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout

  • Customers must provide correct delivery address and contact details

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of customer, no refund will be issued.

6. Payments

  • We accept online payments through supported payment gateways

  • All prices shown on the website are final

  • Taxes or delivery charges may apply based on location

  • HealthyFood is not responsible for payment gateway failures

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food:

  • Cancellation is not allowed once meal preparation begins

  • Refunds are issued only if:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Order not delivered

    • Payment charged but order not confirmed

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

8. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

HealthyFood prepares meals with utmost hygiene.
However:

  • We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens

  • Customers must check ingredients and inform us about allergies before ordering

  • HealthyFood is not responsible for medical issues arising from undisclosed allergies
